The Force USA MyBench adjusts quickly and easily from flat to incline to decline thanks to our laser cut, shark tooth design. The seat pad also adjusts independently for greater comfort and proper positioning.

Every MyBench includes a separate arm and leg developer attachment that interchange easily, allowing even more flexibility in your workout.
