The Orion Multi-Grip Swiss Bar is a versatile training tool that offers a variety of neutral grip hand positions to reduce strain on the shoulders and upper extremities. Compatible with any Olympic plates, the Multi-Grip Swiss Bar can be used for a wide range of traditional barbell training exercises.

• Compatible with any Olympic plates (2" diameter sleeve length)

Please note: This barbell is compatible with Olympic Plates, however comes with specialized collars. This product is not compatible with Olympic Spring Barbell Collars.
